Angels Breakfast and After School Club
St Gabriel’s CofE Academy is proud to offer its own Angels Breakfast and After School Club open to children from Reception to Year 6! We are keen to provide an enjoyable experience for children to spend time with their friends, engage in planned activities and have fun playing with games and toys. St Gabriel’s Breakfast and After School Clubs are available on a daily basis during the school term-time.

St Gabriel's Breakfast Club
We welcome children into St Gabriel’s Breakfast Club from 7:30am everyday!
Families should use the Community Entrance (at the side of the main school building) to drop their children off at the Breakfast Club. Your child will be welcomed in by the team and invited to join with play activities before breakfast is served. Our team of Breakfast Club staff will then take your child to their classroom ready for the start of the school day.
Children eat breakfast together at Breakfast Club – an array of food choices will be available including cereals, yoghurts and toast with a range of spreads.
Please see information below to book your child’s place at our Breakfast Club – Breakfast Club is charged at £7.00 per day. We do accept Tax-Free childcare payments for our Breakfast Club.
St Gabriel's After School Club
St Gabriel’s After School Club runs from 3:30pm until 6:00pm every day during the school term time. Our After School Club staff will collect your child from their classroom at the end of the day and take them to the Hall for After School Club.
There will be a range of activities available for children to choose from including organised craft activities, colouring and painting as well as planned sports and games. Children may also choose
to visit the Library with a member of the staff team where they can choose a new book and enjoy some time reading. In addition, there are a range of different toys and board games available that children can enjoy with their friends.
During After School Club, children are served a hot meal to enjoy with their friends. We offer a varied menu, with a range of fresh vegetables and fruit available each day for the children to choose from.
Families should use the Community Entrance (at the side of the main school building) to collect their children from After School Club.
Please see information below to book your child’s place at our After School Club – After School Club is charged at £12.50 per day. We do accept Tax-Free childcare payments for our After School Club.
Booking Your Place
St Gabriel’s CofE Academy uses the iPal Booking System to operate its Breakfast and After School Clubs. If you would like to book a place in the club, please contact the Office team via email on childcare@stgabrielscofeacademy.org and a member of the team will be able to advise you to set up your iPal booking account. Once your account is set up, you will be able to make your own bookings and payments directly through your iPal account.
Please note that we do have a cancellation period of 72 hours – regrettably we are unable to offer refunds where sessions are cancelled within 72 hours of the booked date. If sessions are cancelled without providing the 72 hour notice period, the session fee will be payable in full. If you wish to cancel sessions more than 72 hours in advance, please contact the school office who can process the cancellation on your behalf.
